Bio
Chen Tang is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Kogod School of Business at 国产小呦女. He received his Ph.D. in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Chen's research interests primarily include HR analytics, research methods, and behavioral ethics. His work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and the Journal of Business Ethics.
