Bio
Mr. McGhee is a Ph.D. student at 国产小呦女's School of Public Affairs. Professionally, he is a public administrator and Ethics Attorney. His research focuses on qualitative discourse analysis around judicial ethics, misconduct proceedings, and the impact both have on society and due process doctrine.

Before relocating to D.C. Mr. McGhee was a Staff Attorney & Pro Se Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. While at the District Court he focused on reviewing state and federal habeas corpus petitions from prisoners who receive in-prison disciplinary sanctions to determine the sufficiency of due process policies and procedures.

Prior to his time with the federal court, he served as an Investigations & Litigation Attorney at the Indiana Supreme Court. At the state Supreme Court he served as an ethics advisor and prosecutor for the Indiana Commission on Judicial Qualifications (which investigates and prosecutes judicial misconduct cases), the Disciplinary Commission (which investigates and prosecutes misconduct cases against attorneys), and the Indiana Judicial Nominating Commission (which solicits and interviews applicants when vacancies occur on the appellate courts). Mr. McGhee聽 is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at the IU McKinney School of Law teaching Advanced Professional Responsibility: Judicial Ethics.
