Elliott S. Milstein Civil Advocacy Clinic The Elliott S. Milstein Civil Advocacy Clinic supports low-income clients to achieve access to justice, with a focus on representing survivors of intimate partner violence and other DC residents who are disproportionately negatively impacted by lack of counsel.

Community Economic and Equity Development Clinic The Community Economic and Equity Development Clinic represents community-based nonprofit organizations and small businesses that bring money, services, and dignity to under-served neighborhoods in D.C. and suburban Maryland.

Criminal Justice Clinic The Criminal Justice Clinic accepts misdemeanor and juvenile justice cases on referral from the Montgomery County Public Defender's Office on the defense side. On the prosecution side, students do their case work in the Maryland State's Attorney's Office in Prince George's and Anne Arundel counties.

Decarceration and Re-Entry Clinic The core purpose of this clinic is to help persons convicted of crimes to gain parole and overcome legal and other barriers related to their re-integration into society.

Disability Rights Law Clinic The Disability Rights Law Clinic works with clients and their families in a variety of matters related to disability law and people with disabilities (both mental and physical).

Entrepreneurship Law Clinic The Entrepreneurship Law Clinic provides students with an immersive experience in general transactional practice, with an emphasis on serving early stage entrepreneurs and social enterprises in Washington, D.C.

Gender Justice Clinic Through representing clients in a wide array of cases, students in the Gender Justice Clinic (formerly the Women and the Law Clinic) see how gender, as it interacts with race, class, disability, immigration status, and sexuality, affects a client’s experience of the legal system.

The Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Law Clinic works with creative artists, non-profit organizations, small inventors and entrepreneurs, scholars, traditional communities, and others who otherwise would not have access to high-quality intellectual property law services.

Immigrant Justice Clinic The Immigrant Justice Clinic provides representation on a broad range of cases and projects involving individual immigrants and migrants, and their communities, both in the D.C. metropolitan area and overseas.

International Human Rights Law Clinic The International Human Rights Law Clinic offers student attorneys the opportunity to represent individuals, families or organizations alleging violations of recognized or developing human rights norms before international and domestic judicial bodies.

Janet R. Spragens Federal Income Tax Clinic The Janet R. Spragens Federal Income Tax Clinic represents low income individuals who are being audited by the Internal Revenue Service.
